An action-packed weekend in Sydney ended with victory for Emirates Great Britain, who defeated Australia and NorthStar Canada in the winner-takes-all Final on Sydney Harbour. Despite crossing the start line behind their two rivals, Dylan Fletcher's team had superb speed and raced into first place by Mark One.

 

It was not, however, plain sailing for Fletcher and his crew from that point on, as mistakes saw them drop back down the rankings as the finish line drew closer and closer. Nonetheless, Emirates GBR claimed the lead once again when it mattered most - but how did the Brits secure victory on Sydney Harbour and what does the data tell us about their performance?
